Merchants Party Bookings Terms and Conditions


1. A Non Refundable Deposit of £5.00 per person is required to secure all bookings.

2. All Cabaret Evenings are strictly over 21's.

3. Admission remains at the Managements Discretion.

4. At least 24 Hours Notice must be given for cancellations of guests or changes to food orders, which will otherwise be charged in full.

5. Management reserve the right to make alterations to the Entertainment programme without prior notification due to circumstances beyond their control.

6. A 10% Service Charge will be added to the final bill for parties of 6 or more guests.

7. A Pre order with guests name and menu choice is required 1 week before the booking.

8. We cannot guarantee bookings for over 12 people will be on one table.

9. Bookings of 30 or more - a table plan will be required.

10. The Party Organizer will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests and payment of the final bill.

BOOKINGS THAT ARE NOT CONFIRMED WITH A DEPOSIT MAY BE RELEASED WITHOUT NOTICE.
