    Merchants Christmas Bookings Terms and Conditions


    1. A Non Refundable/Transferable Deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure all bookings. Bookings will be confirmed once the terms and conditions are signed and returned.

    2. Balance to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event.

    3. Once full payment is made no refunds will be made. Organizers may change names and menus up to 48 hours ahead of your event date.

    4. VAT invoices if required will be issued once full payment is received.

    5. Admission remains at the Managements Discretion.

    6. Management reserve the right to make alterations to the Entertainment programme without prior notification due to circumstances beyond their control.

    7. All Christmas Cabaret Evenings are strictly over 21's.

    8. A Pre order with guests name and menu choice is required by 1st October 2011

    9. We cannot guarantee bookings for over 12 people will be on one table.

    10. Bookings of 30 or more - a table plan will be required.

    11. The Party Organizer will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

    12. Cheques to be made payable to : Merchants Southampton ltd.

    BOOKINGS THAT ARE NOT CONFIRMED WITH A DEPOSIT MAY BE RELEASED WITHOUT NOTICE.
